1. Site location

Search your address or parcel number, or click Pick parcel and then your lot on the map. The MAP NO. and zoning district fill in automatically — check and edit them if needed.

3. Plot plan

  1. Drag the map to the center of your project and zoom in.
  2. Tap Lock (🔒 padlock) to hold the view.
  3. Add drawings: enter a description and size, then tap a shape and tap the map (or drag it on), or use the drawing tools on the left side of the map.
  4. Tap a shape to Move, Rotate, Resize or Delete it.

Distances to the property lines are calculated automatically. Measurements from aerial imagery are approximate.
